Suzanne Gibson was commissioned by the Queensland Government and the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC Radio) to record and archive some of the many stories of Cyclone Larry, which crossed the Far North Queensland coastline in March 2006.

Suzanne interviewed over 50 people throughout the affected region, and collected photographs, video, emails, letters and stories from many more. The end products were a digital archive, on DVD, and a broadcast radio series, which Suzanne executive produced, with the ABC's Richard Dinnen (series producer).

SG Communications worked with digital media company Just Purple New Media to develop the DVD archive in FLASH format, which made it extremely accessible. The "Remembering Larry" archive has been distributed to libraries throughout the affected area, and is held by the State Library of Queensland.
